New Patient Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment, Parkway Restorative Dentistry requires a deposit for all new patient visits. A $50 deposit is required for dental emergency new patient appointments, and a $100 deposit is required for regular (non-emergency) new patient appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the cost of your visit on the day of service. Deposits are fully refundable with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule; appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received, and late arrivals may need to be rescheduled at the provider’s discretion.
